mygettingpregnantplan.com is wholly owned by Maddison Holdings, UK. It is primarily engaged in the introduction of products or services to interested parties as an affiliate-agent of other manufacturers or distributors, to whom it hyper-links solely as a convenience to visitors to this web site.

In its role as an affiliate/agent, it is entirely unable to control the pricing, quality, availability and fitness for purpose of any product or service referred to on this site or linked to from this site. Prospective purchasers are advised to fully satisfy themselves as to the fitness for purpose of any product before they purchase it, and to ensure that warranties are in place to protect them from loss or damage. Complaints/repayment requests relating to affiliate purchases must be made to the company from whom the product was eventually purchased, whether the product was initially seen on this site or not.

Prices, Descriptions, Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are offered subject to availability. We take the utmost care to ensure that our product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we cannot accept liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we retain the right to decline orders without explanation.

All products are sold in US Dollars and all credit cards are processed in that currency. To assist you we may show prices in alternate currencies, however our card clearers will always process the order at the dollar price, even if exchange rates have shifted since the site was last uploaded. We will always endeavour to keep the site up to date with regard to exchange rates, and reflect current exchange rates, but we cannot be held responsible for short term rate shifts.

Payment

You may order online using a credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo and Delta). Your card will be processed by one of the world's premier card clearers: Paypal, your guarantee of a secure, safe and trouble-free transaction.

Where indicated, some products may be ordered by post using credit / debit card or check (made out to Maddison Holdings). Post your order to:-

We will not despatch goods until cheques are cleared - approx 7 to 10 days.

All credit cards will be cleared in the name of our holding company:- Maddison Holdings or
C T Maddison, and this is the entry you will find on your credit card statements.

Sales taxes

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated depending on destination and is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU our prices normally exclude VAT.

Overseas orders may be subject to local sales taxes or import duties NOT included in our prices.

Delivery

Your shopping cart displays details of your purchases. “Soft Goods” or “e-goods” - for example software, e-books, audio files, video files etc.... will normally be available for download as soon as a cleared payment is made. You will be directed to a download page and will be able to immediately download your purchase. In some cases we may email a product to you as an attachment.

Hard products will normally be dispatched well within the statutory 28 working days. We will notify you if goods are not able to be dispatched within this period. Delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not despatch until the check is cleared.

Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail, Air Parcel or by international carrier in a well-sealed unmarked package, We always obtain a certificate of despatch.

If you receive a delivery with exterior damage or that has been opened, you must file an immediate claim with the carrier. Your carrier will usually issue a claim number, please report this to us as soon as possible and retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier or his insurers. It is insufficient to sign delivery notes as "unexamined".

All goods are inspected before packing and despatch to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Concealed or hidden faults or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or claims cannot be entertained.

Right of Cancellation (UK only)

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placing it or 7 days of receipt. To exercise this right, send a clearly written letter of cancellation to us at:

to arrive within 14 days of your original order. Any goods already received by you must be returned to us in the same condition as they were dispatched, your payment will be refunded upon their safe return. (See below - "Delivery" and "Returns / Warranties" for additional details). Please note that the above address is NOT a shop or warehouse, but an administrative address only.

Returns / Warranties

If you wish to returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are happy to refund reasonable return delivery costs, but these must be pre-agreed. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for return charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (e.g. gift wrapping, postage and packing). Nor can we accept the return of security -sealed items such as videos or DVDs where the seal is no longer intact. Refunds cannot be made for returned goods not in re-saleable condition. Nor can we accept goods made to the customer's own personal specification.

Return Procedure

To reject/return a downloaded software or digital item, please email us at returns@madd.co.uk stating the reason for your return/rejection of the item, the date of purchase and the method of payment. We will then email back to you within 24 hours telling you how to proceed.

Where we have acted solely as an “affiliate agent” and effectively “introduced” you to another site where you have purchased an item, your contract is entirely with the owners of that site and you will need to contact them to make arrangements for any return and refund.

If you wish to return a “hard” item, email us at the email address at the bottom of this page stating the reason for your return/rejection of the item, the date of purchase and the method of payment. We will then email back to you within 24 hours telling you the arrangements we have made and where to send the returned items.

When returning an item, please include clear details of the reason for the return together with your name and address and contact details (email and/or phone). For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Any refund will be in the form in which the original purchase was made i.e. if you used a credit card, you will only be re-imbursed by credit card.

It is your responsibility to take care of goods prior to their return, and they must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all packaging, manuals, documentation, batteries etc.
